Community Bootcamp Class
Fridays at 8:30, I am teaching a free bootcamp class at Wildflower Park in the Sundance community. It can be a great complement to your yoga sessions. Everyone is welcome! Bring a mat or towel and weights or resistance band and come prepared to work!

Saturday 9/17 schedule
This Saturday the 11:15 class will be cancelled due to a scheduling conflict with Kung Fu. The 12:00 class will be held as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope to see you at the 12:00 class!
